How do I care for my board?

Why are some boards more expensive than others?

The prices of hardwoods, even domestic ones have          gone up sharply. Some boards require more hours of        labor because of their design characteristics.                    Therefore, more labor, higher prices. Most other boards are mass manufactured

Can I cut on these boards?

I would suggest only cutting on boards that don't have       handles or feet because they are flippable(is that even     a word?)
